Mark Buss Killed in a Crash on August 16, 2018 in Decatur County, Iowa

Mark K Buss of Newton, Kansas was killed in a crash on Thursday, August 16th 2018 at 9:00 pm in Decatur County, Iowa. Buss was 59 years old.
