The crash killed Moses. Moses was taken to Cass County Mem Hospital by Medivac.

Kayla Elliott, age 21, from Atlantic, Iowa was driving a 2001 Chevy Suburban. It was towed by Richters. Ruby Moses, age 21, from Atlantic, Iowa was driving a Roadmaster Bicycle. It was towed.
