The crash killed Serrano. Serrano was taken to Pauley Jones Funeral by Funeral Home.

Jeffrey Thomas, age 59, from Silver City, Iowa was driving a 2009 Peterbuilt 386. It was towed by Richters Towing. Melvin Diaz, age 38, from Gaithersburg, Maryland was driving a 2006 Hyun Sonata. It was towed by Midwest Towing.
