Jacob Hartwell, age 33, from Readlyn, Iowa was driving a 2018 Ford Escape. It was towed by Na. Mildred Hoselton, age 56, from Parkersburg, Iowa was driving a 2019 Buick Encore. It was towed by Rasmussons Towing.
