Norman Dickman of Decorah, Washington was killed in a crash on Monday, May 20th 2019 at 2:53 pm in Winneshiek County, Iowa. Dickman was 86 years old.

The crash killed Dickman. Dickman was taken to Winneshiek Hospital by Winneshiek Ambulance.
