Lieutenant Williams, age 51, from Danville, Iowa was driving a 2012 Dodg Durango. It was towed by Jims Towing. Larry Fraise, age 60, from Wever, Iowa was driving a 1987 Peterbuilt Conventional. It was towed by Campbells Towing.
