Kammi Conrade, age 19, from Red Oak, Washington was driving a 2001 Ford F 150. It was towed by Eggleston. Jacob Woods, age 30, from Shenandoah, Washington was driving a 1998 Chevrolet S 10. It was towed by Bates.
