The crash injured Harper. Harper was taken to Des Moines by Air Ambulance.

Ian Harper, age 33, from Allerton, Iowa was driving a 2012 Harley Davidson Xl 1200 Forty Ei. It was towed by Rods Auto. Klaus Kollatschny, age 82, from Kimbalton, Iowa was driving a 2017 Mazd Cx 5 Touring. It was towed by Rods Auto.
