Dennis Fleming Killed in a Crash on August 1, 2017 in Henry County, Iowa

Dennis Lee Fleming of Davenport, Iowa was killed in a crash on Tuesday, August 1st 2017 at 11:02 am in Henry County, Iowa. Fleming was 60 years old.

UNIT 1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 218 - UNIT 1 THEN LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT AND STRUCK THE END OF GUARDRAIL AND PROCEEDED SOUTH IN TO THE MEDIAN - UNIT 1 TUMBLED DOWN AN EMBANKMENT ONTO RAILROAD TRACKS, LANDING ON ITS TOP - UNIT 1 CAUGHT FIRE - DRIVER WAS PULLED FROM THE BURNING VEHICLE -ACCIDENT IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION-

The crash killed Fleming. Fleming was taken to University of Iowa Hospital by Helicopter.
