You must send the payment and the written request in the mail to: Iowa Department of Transportation; Office of Driver Services; P.O. Box 9204; Des Moines, Iowa 50306-9204. But you can call 877-925-1969 right now to request a free copy of the police report.

Insurance Claim

Jones's family may have an insurance claim. A lawyer will maximize the amount collected from the insurance companies. In most cases, family members can recover money for the loss of a loved one—even if a family member was driving. Getting a lawyer working on this case early will increase the amount of money Jones's family recovers for this wrongful death.
