Wheaton Schroeder, age 27, from Lincoln, Nebraska was driving a 2019 Volk Jetta. It was towed by Sheetz Towing. Kurt Jorgensen, age 67, from Prairie Du Chien, Wisconsin was driving a 2018 Ford Pickup. It was towed.
