Vincent Flanagan Killed in a Crash on April 16, 2019 in Fremont County, Iowa

Vincent Flanagan of Council Bluffs, Iowa was killed in a crash on Tuesday, April 16th 2019 at 5:47 pm in Fremont County, Iowa. Flanagan was 24 years old.
