The crash injured Terlizzi. Terlizzi was taken to Creston Hospital by Creston Ambulance.

Afton Staton, age 17, from West Des Moines, Iowa was driving a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix. It was towed by F M Towing. Kylee Short-Edwards, age 25, from Afton, Iowa was driving a 2006 Dodg Ram 2500. It was towed by F M Towing.
