Shawn Boyd Injured in a Crash on June 17, 2018 in Worth County, Iowa

Shawn Boyd of Elmore, Minnesota was injured in a crash on Sunday, June 17th 2018 at 5:20 pm in Worth County, Iowa. Boyd is 40 years old.

UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING EAST BOUND ON HIGHWAY 105, WITH ITS FLASHERS ON IT ATTEMPTED TO TURN INTO A DRIVEWAY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROAD UNIT 2 ATTEMPTED TO PASS ON THE LEFT SIDE AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED AND STRUCK THE FRONT OF UNIT 1 THE DRIVER OF UNIT 2 WAS THROWN FROM THE BIKE AND CAME TO REST IN THE NORTH DITCH EAST OF THE DRIVEWAY THE OPERATOR OF UNIT ONE WAS UNHARMED ASSISTED BY MERCY AIR, WORTH COUNTY SHERIFF
