Richard Boner Killed in a Crash on July 22, 2017 in Story County, Iowa

Richard Lee Boner of Des Moines, Iowa was killed in a crash on Saturday, July 22nd 2017 at 11:16 pm in Story County, Iowa. Boner was 25 years old.
